Job Summary: As the Finance Systems Senior Manager, you will be a key contributor for critical finance system capabilities and integrations across our technology stack, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP (S/4HANA/ECC) and consolidation/performance management platforms (OneStream). You will ensure stable day-to-day operations, oversee system administration and enhancements, and own end-to-end delivery and upgrades for key interfaces (including SAP-to-OneStream), from requirements and mapping through build, testing, and go-live support. Post go-live, you will own integration operations and continuous improvement, leveraging APIs and automation to strengthen control, monitoring, reconciliation, and performance. This role requires strong technical depth, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of finance processes to enable timely close, accurate reporting, and scalable decision support.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
Oversee the maintenance and administration of financial systems, ensuring uptime, performance, and stability across global finance functions.
Lead the configuration, security management, and user access administration for financial systems.
Ensure system updates, patches, and backups are performed regularly and efficiently.
Implementation & Integration Management:
Direct the implementation of system enhancements, updates, and integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, BI&A, Data Warehouses).
Collaborate with IT and other business teams to ensure seamless data flows and system integrations.
Manage integration projects, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
SAP Linkage to OneStream (Individual Contributor):
Own end-to-end delivery of SAP-to-OneStream connectivity, including requirements clarification, mapping, technical design, build, test, and cutover support (e.g., GL, CO, fixed assets, intercompany, and master data), partnering with SAP functional/technical teams to align on extract logic, data structures, and controls.
Design and maintain SAP extracts and integration patterns (e.g., SAP tables/views, IDocs, BAPIs, OData services, CDS views as applicable) and downstream transformation/load routines into OneStream, ensuring timeliness, data completeness, and reconciliation to SAP source totals.
Develop post-integration capabilities leveraging OneStream APIs and automation (e.g., orchestration of loads, status/health checks, automated reconciliation, exception dashboards/alerts, and controlled re-runs), improving close predictability and reducing manual touchpoints.
Maintain interface and control documentation (data dictionaries, mapping specs, run books, control checks, and change logs) to support audit/compliance requirements, ensuring traceability from SAP source through to OneStream consumption.
Drive continuous improvements to integration performance and resilience (e.g., automation, validation checks, exception reporting) to reduce cycle time and manual effort during close.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
Lead efforts to continuously optimize and enhance finance systems to improve operational efficiency and meet business requirements.
Identify areas of improvement in system functionality, and drive initiatives to optimize performance and scalability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align system features with operational objectives.
Training & Documentation:
Ensure comprehensive training programs are developed and delivered to finance and business teams to enhance system usage and user adoption.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of user manuals, training guides, and system documentation.
Provide ongoing support and training to ensure teams are effectively utilizing the finance system.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, IT, and vendors, to address system issues and drive updates or enhancements.
Facilitate discussions with business leaders to gather feedback and ensure systems align with their strategic goals.
Act as a liaison between IT and finance teams to ensure the successful alignment of technology solutions with business needs.

AI & Analytics Enablement: Ability to operationalize AI/agentic automation and advanced analytics across finance processesfrom consolidation outputs (OneStream) to curated SQL layers and self-service dashboardswith strong governance, controls, and user adoption.
Change Management: Experience in managing change within system upgrades and improvements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Master Data Management: Strong understanding of master data management and its impact on financial systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accurate and reliable system performance and reporting.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or related field.
Experience:
Proven experience managing and supporting finance systems, with a strong understanding of financial reporting, planning, and accounting processes.
Experience in system administration and troubleshooting is a plus.
Strong SAP experience (S/4HANA or ECC), including understanding of core finance processes and data structures (FI/CO) and exposure to integration mechanisms (e.g., IDoc/BAPI/OData/CDS as applicable).
Skills:
Technical proficiency in SQL and programming/scripting (e.g., C#, VB.Net) with experience building/operating integrations using APIs (REST/OData) and automation to monitor, reconcile, and orchestrate SAPOneStream data flows.
Proven analytics capability from consolidation data to insights: extract/curate OneStream outputs, model and validate data in SQL, and deliver reliable KPI dashboards (e.g., Power BI/Tableau), including refresh monitoring, data quality checks, and stakeholder-ready narratives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive improvements in system functionality.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of leading a team and working effectively across departments.
