Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team! The team serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, driving financial decision-making, long-term value creation, and operational excellence across the company. We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and collaborative Senior Financial Analyst to serve as the primary finance business partner for the Marketing and Partnerships teams.

In this highly visible role, you will drive business growth by analyzing consumer marketing offers, incentives, and go-to-market strategies and providing data-driven recommendations that balance the company’s financial goals with the needs of its partners, members, and restaurants to create value for all stakeholders. This role requires innate curiosity, an analytical mindset, strong technical capabilities, and excellent communication skills to discover, communicate, and create transformative business value.

What you’ll bring to the table: (Responsibilities) 

•    Collaborate with senior leaders and teams across Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Accounting as the go-to, trusted financial advisor
•    Develop scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytics that improve visibility and afford actionable insights
•    Prepare executive-level analyses and recommendations for the leadership team including strategic reviews, investment proposals, and key business initiatives
•    Create and maintain automated, driver-based, financial offer models that optimize offer performance across offer activation, revenue, and costs
•    Own the offer economics and budgeting process, ensuring financial viability, profitability, and maximizing business value

Do you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements)

•    5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or related analytical roles
•    Experience supporting Sales, Partners, Marketing, or Strategic initiatives
•    Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills
•    Expertise to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable executive-level recommendations
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment

Preferred Skills
•    Experience in pricing strategy, offers designing, promotion and campaign performance analysis, revenue and margin optimization, customer segmentation, profitability analysis, product portfolio optimization, market share analysis, and/or other advanced quantitative analyses to drive data driven business initiatives
•    Strong combination of finance, computer science, or data analytics expertise, with hands-on experience in Power Query, SQL, DAX, Python and PowerBI
•    Advanced business or finance credentials (MBA or CFA preferred)

What you’ll love about us: 

  • This is a full time, exempt position, and the base compensation for this opening is expected to be $90,000-$115,000, depending on level, candidate experience, skills and other factors. This position is eligible for a 10% bonus with a total compensation of $99,000-$126,500.
