The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and closing new deals over the phone. The primary goal as an Inside Sales Representative is to become an expert in our products and consult with restaurants and bars to determine the best way for them to grow and achieve their dreams. You will play a key role in helping us drive top-line revenue and building a large, happy merchant base.

Rewards Network is seeking a Senior Scala Software Engineer to work with a team of peers to build out a new business area and rewards platform from the ground up. As a member of the team, you will work closely with other software engineers, BAs, and stakeholders to design and develop a new rewards platform and all the supporting applications. As a Software Development Engineer in Test you will be the expert for testing and test automation of a new state of the art rewards platform and related applications we are building. You will work with other SDETS, Developers, DevOPs and Product to test and automate testing for our new platform as we build it. You will work together to establish best practices, choose tool sets and set up environments.

The Processing Specialist Team Lead is responsible for verifying and confirming credit card processing information on merchant accounts, to ensure that we are able to receive data from our credit card processing partners. This individual will research alternative ways to obtain credit card transactional data through alternate processing platforms. Team lead will monitor processing status boards to identify missing files and notify of the missing files and Other duties will be assigned.

The Marketing Project Specialist will be responsible for preparation, administration, delivery, and tracking of business marketing activities across the acquisition and retention of restaurants in the Rewards Network. The Specialist will work closely with marketing and sales teams through execution of quick-turnaround tasks and projects, as well as the planning, project management, and evaluation of major campaigns and initiatives. With an emphasis on digital channels such as email and web, the Specialist will contribute to the growth of Rewards Network through its clients, members, and partnerships with airline, hotel, and other loyalty programs.

The Salesforce Administrator will be a thought leader contributing to the ongoing development of our salesforce.com deployment. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing of the day-to-day sales support and operations, configuration, and improvement of our CRM platform and other 3rd party applications related to sales. This will involve collaborating across departments promoting consistent CRM processes and best practices. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for increasing the value to end users that will drive user adoption while optimizing productivity and effectiveness.

The Member Services Team Lead is responsible for serving as a liaison to the supervisor in the Member Services department while managing existing member service duties. The Team Lead will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service to possible to our members, while meeting organizational and operational objectives. Responsible for leading, monitoring, coaching and developing their team to ensure the call center continually improves and achieves established departmental objectives.

The UX Designer will lead efforts to optimize current user experiences and create and test additional designs, features, and functionality for landing pages, email campaigns, webpages, micro sites and web applications. The role encompasses developing experiences from user flows and wireframes through final UI design, including helping to write requirements for implementation. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with software engineering to deploy and operate our systems. Help automate and streamline our operations and processes. Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations, and troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test and production environments. In coordination with your team, you will be supporting Web Sites, back-end processes, integrations to partner systems, as well as supporting new state of the art streaming data environments for our re-platforming project.

As a UI Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive web pages for some of our company’s most visible web projects. The role will be primarily focused on writing HTML/CSS (using LESS and BEM) and offer many opportunities to expand your skill set in JavaScript with Angular (and eventually React). You will be responsible for working with our designers to establish and maintain consistent branding/theme guidelines and standards across different projects. Additionally, you will be participating in creating and maintaining assets for our Storybook library we have recently started for developing consistent elements, themes and design patterns across the company.
