About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager – Indirect Sales, this position is responsible for accurate and timely completion of sales account planning and month end close for the US consumer business. This position will work closely with the Sales Team providing dedicated support at an account/channel level to understand financial performance and drive decisions to maximize profit.​

Month-End Close, Forecasting & Reporting​

  • Lead the month-end close process for US sales accounts, including preparation, review, and validation of promotional expense accruals by customer and product.​

  • Drive monthly forecast meetings with business partners. Highlight risks and opportunities versus targets and collaborate to drive actions that improve profitability.​

  • Deliver detailed, data-driven insights on account and channel performance to the Finance Manager, supporting volume and promotional strategy decisions.​

Business Partnering​

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the US Sales Team, promoting a deep understanding of financial performance.​

  • Provide targeted, value-added guidance to support retail decisions that maximize profitability.​

  • Collaborate with Sales and Demand teams to ensure all account and channel plans are vetted, financially sound, and integrated into business forecasting and budgeting.​

Ad-Hoc Analysis & Strategic Projects​

  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and create capacity for higher-value work.​

  • Conduct scenario modeling and ROI evaluations to support promotional investments and key initiatives.​

  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects as required.​

About You: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required​

  • Minimum 5 years in a Financial Analyst role required, preferably with experience with a sales​ function

  • Advanced knowledge/ proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required​

  • Proven experience analyzing and resolving issues around forecasting and budgeting​

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.​

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.​

  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and committed to continual improvement​

Compensation: $95,600 - $119,500 annually + bonus opportunity
