Summary of Position

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in driving value creation through disciplined financial reporting, forward‑looking analysis, and strong cross‑functional partnership. This role supports leadership by translating complex data into clear, action‑oriented insights that enable informed strategic and operational decision‑making.

Essential Job Duties
  • Accounting Governance: Support a disciplined month‑end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, trial balance review, and data integrity across customer, vendor, and reporting hierarchies.
  • Performance Reporting & Insight: Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, dashboards, and variance analysis, shifting the function from reporting what happened to explaining why and recommending what to do next.
  • Finance Transformation: Drive automation, AI‑enabled tooling, and ERP/data integrations to establish single‑source‑of‑truth reporting.
  • Ad‑Hoc Analysis: Build financial models, scenarios, and business cases that support leadership decisions on investments, pricing, and operational initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA a plus.
  • 4–7 years of progressive experience across accounting and financial analysis, ideally in manufacturing, CPG, or an operationally complex environment.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI experience; Microsoft Dynamics ERP preferred. SQL and Adobe Workfront a plus, with comfort using AI‑enabled tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex data into executive‑ready insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

  • Minimal travel required for physical inventory counts.

Approximate Salary Range
$90,000$120,000 USD

The low end of the range reflects the starting salary for candidates with less experience or qualifications that meet the basic requirements for the position. The high end of the range reflects potential earnings for candidates with extensive experience, specialized skills, or qualifications above the standard requirements for the role.
