Own and build end-to-end AI-powered products: React frontends, serverless backends, databases, deployments. Design robust integration layers for many third-party APIs, develop multi-step LLM agent pipelines and streaming/structured extraction, and deploy across web, mobile, and embedded surfaces while working closely with clients.
The summary above was generated by AI

You'll build AI-powered tools end-to-end — React frontends, serverless AI orchestration, database schema, deployment. Every product follows the same shape: users converse with AI agents that analyze data, run audits, and produce structured reports. You own the full stack that makes that happen.

What sets this apart is how much of it is Integration. Our tools pull from and push to dozens of third-party services — marketing platforms, analytics, CRMs, SEO tools, ad networks. You'll map those ecosystems, design the integration layer, and make unreliable APIs feel seamless — plus work with LLMs daily to design the agent pipelines behind every product.

You won't build in a vacuum. Our tools serve real agency and advertiser clients, so you'll sometimes deploy as a forward-deployed engineer — sitting with a client, hearing their pain point, and turning it into working software fast.

Philosophy: find the best existing tool and wire it in, don't rebuild what exists — and stay ahead of what's out there so we ship it before competitors know it exists. We're expanding into mobile, embedded widgets (HubSpot, Slack), and AI assistant marketplaces — you'll build for all of it.

  • Hustle and initiative matter more than pure coding chops — but you'll own the entire technical surface, so the depth still needs to be there.

  • 5+ years of full-stack experience — the foundation of this role, and the skill we can least easily teach

  • End-to-end ownership — you've architected and shipped complete products, not just features in someone else's system

  • Deep integration experience — you've wrangled messy, real-world third-party APIs at scale and built solid abstractions around them

  • LLM / AI systems engineering — ideally some hands-on experience (even personal projects) with multi-step pipelines, prompt architecture, and structured output. A strong full-stack engineer lighter on this side can grow into it — we’ll develop it with you

  • Solid database design — schema, access control, stored procedures, real-time subscriptions

  • Frontend and backend fluency — React/TypeScript on the front, serverless or Node.js on the back

  • A technology-radar habit — you've brought something to a team nobody else had heard of yet

What You' Do:
  • Build AI-powered tools from scaffold to production — frontend, serverless backend, database, deployment

  • Design the integration layer across third-party APIs — auth, rate limits, normalization, graceful degradation

  • Build AI agent orchestration — multi-step LLM pipelines, streaming, structured extraction, prompt versioning

  • Scout and ship emerging tech fast, often without being asked

  • Own database architecture — schema, access control, real-time subscriptions

  • Build for every surface — web, mobile, embedded widgets, Slack/HubSpot apps, AI assistant marketplaces

How We Work
  • Small team, big ownership —You see it, you own it.

  • Build over talk — we don't debate cost-benefit analyses to death. We ship, learn, and pivot.

  • A career catapult — this role is built to accelerate your career. Early engineers grow into technical leadership and own entire product lines as we scale.

  • Fully remote, async-first, ship to production daily

  • Direct feedback, both ways — candid and fast. No politics, no layers.
