To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- Design and implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Azure-native technologies and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features that power intelligent agent-driven compliance workflows.
- Integrate front-end components with backend services and enterprise systems like ERP and Azure data platforms.
- Ensure high standards of performance, security, and reliability across the full stack.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across UI and backend layers, optimizing for user experience and system efficiency.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack development responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Bicep, and OAuth2 authentication flows.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to projects that proactively identified and resolved technical bottlenecks.
- Experience with traceability and serialization solutions is a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and adaptability in dynamic environments.
