  • Customize each deliverable to its property and audience - building bespoke maps, aerials, site plans, and market graphics for every assignment.

  • Design new materials and layouts when no suitable template exists; contribute templates back to the library for reuse.

  • Maintain and improve the template library, keeping files organized, current, and easy for others to work from.

  • Manage concurrent projects against tight and frequently shifting deadlines, maintain consistent quality.

  • Partner with marketing, research, brokers, sales professionals, and analysts to clarify project objectives and deliver on schedule.

  • Serve as a brand steward for the platform, ensuring every deliverable adheres to Newmark’s corporate brand standards for logo usage, typography, color palette, and photography - and advising colleagues on correct application.

  • Develop property-level brand identities - wordmarks, color palettes, and typography - for repositioning and rebranding assignments, within Newmark’s corporate standards.

  • Research and assemble market data, then translate it into clear market overviews, infographics, and charts.

  • Track industry trends and competitor marketing to keep our creative approach current.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for photography and video/aerial footage as needed.

  • Respond to client and internal requests for information.

Qualifications:

  • Commercial real estate experience highly preferred

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience in a corporate creative department, agency, or design studio.

  • Demonstrated experience producing work within an established corporate brand system or template library.

  • Track record of delivering a high volume of work on tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.Expert command of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), including strong InDesign template, style, and master-page skills.

  • Comfort building maps, aerials, and site plans in Illustrator, working from source imagery, parcel data, or GIS exports.

  • Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and data visualization.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Resourceful problem-solver who anticipates issues and troubleshoots independently.
