Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for the Core CRM Platform enabling sales execution across global retail and foodservice teams. Lead and grow multiple engineering teams across full-stack, data, and AI. Own delivery, reliability, architecture, hiring, and standards; drive adoption of agentic AI and cloud-native practices while mentoring engineers and coordinating cross-team initiatives.

Partner with property and operations teams to deliver HR solutions across recruiting, compensation, performance and talent management, employee relations, HRIS administration, compliance, and inclusion initiatives. Manage full-cycle recruiting, compensation modeling, talent development, leaves administration, HR reporting, job descriptions, onboarding/offboarding, HR communications, and process improvements.

Lead and deliver office and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion. Oversee architects, engineers, contractors and relocation/furniture vendors; manage budgets, schedules, scope changes, compliance, and stakeholder communications; coordinate across facilities, IS, security and building trades; act as primary client contact.
