About you:

  • 5+ years of professional experience working as a Designer.

  • Strong visual design skills – layout, typography, colour theory, and image composition.

  • Technical proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

  • Ability to understand and execute on a creative strategy and brand guidelines.

  • A collaborative mindset – working with multiple teams on multiple projects.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Arts, Industrial Design, or equivalent practical experience.


Standout experience:

  • SaaS platform experience.

  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and practices.

  • Ability to apply a systems-based design approach to the delivery of brand assets.

  • Experience with motion design (Premiere Pro & After Effects), illustration, and 3D design.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • A portfolio that showcases an eye for detail and storytelling.


About the role:
As one of the founding members of the design team, you will have the opportunity to work with and refine our newly created rebrand as you implement your designs across a number of brand touchpoints. You will also collaborate with different teams to deliver high-quality brand assets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Translate our brand guidelines into high-quality creative assets across digital, print, and events.

  • Work closely with the research team to deliver high-quality, detail-oriented monthly reports.

  • Collaborate with teams to develop creative assets for brand campaigns and collateral.

  • Contribute to the evolution of our brand across multiple platforms and mediums.

  • Balance speed and creativity to deliver high-quality brand assets in a timely manner.

What does success in this role look like?

  • In three months, you have become one of our go-to design experts and work seamlessly across different departments to contribute beautiful designs on time.

  • In six months, you have helped build a world-class design aesthetic as part of the design team.

  • In twelve months, you have a thorough understanding of the brand vision and have established a cadence of predictable, on-time delivery without cutting corners.
