Responsibilities
- Own market marketing strategy and annual planning.
- Drive business KPIs including registrations, FTT, MAU, trading activity and revenue growth.
- Own marketing budget allocation and prioritization.
- Identify the highest-impact growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional planning across Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid and regional teams.
- Define market priorities and GTM direction.
- Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team.
- Represent the market in regional planning and business discussions.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Growth, Product Marketing or Commercial Marketing.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Experience owning business KPIs.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Leadership potential with the ability to grow into a Market Lead role.
- Crypto, fintech or tech experience is a strong advantage.
- Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
