WHAT YOU'LL DO

OWN THE CREATIVE ENGINE

Creative is our biggest driver of growth. Our goal isn't more ads, it's consistently better ones.

  • Develop ad concepts from customer insights and performance data
  • Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs
  • Recruit, brief, and manage UGC creators
  • Review footage and give performance feedback
  • Work with editors to polish ads
  • Build repeatable production processes

 

LEARN THE BUSINESS

As you grow, you'll gradually take ownership across:

  • Meta advertising
  • Shopify merchandising
  • Landing page optimization
  • Klaviyo email marketing
  • Product launches
  • Analytics and reporting
  • AI-powered marketing workflows

 

TURN INSIGHTS INTO ACTION

Great marketing starts with understanding customers. You'll regularly:

  • Read reviews and analyze feedback
  • Study competitors
  • Identify buying motivations and objections
  • Turn insight into stronger creative
