We are seeking a talented, experienced, and data-driven Marketer to join our team to support our Global SI partners. In this role, help drive joint business growth with Varonis's global SI partners. This role will focus on building and executing marketing programs with our SI Partners - activating go-to-market plans, building co-branded assets and supporting campaigns that deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration and turns strategy into action
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with key GSI partners to drive awareness and pipeline for joint offerings.
- Plan and support joint events, webinars, and executive engagements that align to GSI go-to-market priorities
- Develop and manage co-branded assets (including case studies, solution briefs, and enablement materials) that equip partners to effectively market joint solutions.
- Build co-branded assets and content that highlight joint customer success and market differentiation
- Manage spend, performance metrics, and ROI reporting
- Align closely with Sales and Field Marketing to ensure joint plays are executed and measured effectively
- Collaborate with global and regional partner teams to activate go-to-market plans through impactful events, content, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to measure results and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage day-to-day coordination and communication with partners to keep programs running smoothly and on schedule.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3-5 years of B2B partner or alliance marketing experience (experience with GSIs strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to build and execute joint marketing plans and co-selling initiatives
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, alliances, and marketing leadership
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, partner-ready materials.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and time zones.
- Analytical thinker who can use data to measure and improve marketing performance.
- Ability to interface with all levels in a sales organization including sales reps, tech consultants, regional managers, and senior leadership.
- Knowledge of marketing processes, marketing automation and e-marketing systems; experience with lead scoring and nurturing methodologies is a plus.
