The Workday Success Plans Delivery Team at Workday plays a crucial role in ensuring customers maximize the value they get from their Workday products. We focus on our customers’ post go-live journey, assuring long-term success. We deliver a variety of programs and services ranging from feature assessments to full feature deployments to support their growing and changing business needs within Workday.At Workday, we help the world’s largest organizations adapt to what’s next by bringing finance, HR, and planning into a single enterprise cloud. We are seeking people who love to help customers overcome enterprise technology challenges and who feel rewarded by driving high levels of customer satisfaction. Share Expertise via Ask-an-Expert Requests by:
Conducting thorough research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.
Delivering small scope consulting, providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, and best practices (tips & tricks).
Troubleshooting and optimizing product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
Clearly and effectively communicating responses and value to customers.

About You
Basic Qualifications - Senior Functional Consultant – HCM Reporting
5 + years of experience with the one or more of the following Workday Reporting & Analytics product areas: Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Composite Reporting, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets
5+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME
5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
Basic Qualifications - Functional Consultant – HCM Reporting
3 + years of experience with one or more of the following Workday Reporting & Analytics product areas: Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Composite Reporting, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets
3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME
3+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
Other Qualifications
Demonstrates a solid grasp of HCM reporting systems and processes.
Certified or ability to certify in Workday Reporting products and to effectively deploy the solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with global implementations is preferred
The ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously
Experience with influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally
Capable of leading and influencing design meetings toward an effective and collaborative outcome
Ability to work multi-functional as a “virtual” team leader and possess strong and effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to customize approach for a variety of audiences
Ability to deliver and get results while managing to a project plan
Ability to perform effective product demonstrations as part of any enablement program
Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar software applications
Experience working with BI Tools (Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, Business Objects)
Understanding of data modeling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools and SQL
Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released
Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers
Strong critical thinking skills so as to understand complex, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making
Bachelor’s degree or related experience required
Ability to travel up to 10%
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
