033517 Senior HR Coordinator - Bilingual (Open)

Job Description:

Job Summary: Senior HR Coordinator (Bilingual) with experience with assisting and advising colleagues with inquiries regarding general Human Resources policies and programs. Supports the HR Supervisor with matters related to employment, compensation and benefits and colleague relations for both current and future colleagues. This position also involves daily time card reviews, attendance tracking, and coordinating benefits, including short-term disability, ADA, and FMLA, while also handling new hire onboarding on day one in collaboration with safety and quality teams

Key Responsibilities - Onsite Monday - Friday (Hourly)

  • Performs HR support duties for a medium sized facility or multiple small facilities.
  • Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action. 
  • Assists with the process of terminations.
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process. e.g. annual cycle tasks, performance documentation, etc.
  • Assists to submit online investigation requests and assists with new-colleague background checks and onboarding. 
  • Generates ad-hoc reports as requested and performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Supports colleagues in the benefit open enrollment process.
  • Provides process improvement feedback to Lead HRC or management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Typically possesses high school diploma (or equivalent) and 3-6 years of experience.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish is required
  • ADA/FMLA knowledge is a plus

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $26.20 - $44.57. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $32.00 to $38.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
