The Senior HR Data Analyst will analyze HR data, ensure data integrity, create visualizations, respond to data requests, and support strategic decision-making.

We are seeking a motivated HR professional with analytical mindset to join our HR team as an HR Data Analyst. You will be responsible for analyzing and managing HR data to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Checks and controls the quality of data in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and efficiency
- Update existing visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboard) to effectively communicate data-driven insights to the HR team and other internal stakeholders
- Responds to HR data requests in an ad hoc manner, collecting, extracting, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources, processes, and systems
- Responds to various requests for human resources information
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of input data by conducting Data Cleansing and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot report issues as needed
- Present findings and recommendations through visualizations, presentations, and written reports
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of HR data by conducting regular data quality reviews
- Work closely with HR and other departments to develop and implement data-driven strategies and solutions that improve decision-making and overall organizational performance
- Continuously evaluate the efficiency of existing reports and recommend improvements
- Conduct predictive and trend analyses (e.g., turnover forecasting, staff growth, etc.) to support proactive HR decision-making
- Manage and maintain the HR warehouse to ensure accurate stock levels and conduct regular analysis of corporate gift usage and needs
Requirements
- University degree (in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Sociology or any other related field)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- 1+ year of experience working with Power BI
- Problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Team-working skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret complex data
- Applied knowledge of Excel
- High proficiency in Armenian, good knowledge of English
