Support the implementation and ongoing operations of our Oracle Learning LMS within Oracle Cloud HCM. This role blends HRIS expertise, project management, and hands-on operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation of Oracle Learning in Oracle Cloud HCM with a third-party consulting partner, from planning through go-live, stabilization, and adoption.
- Build and run Tier 2 support: intake, triage, root cause analysis, resolution, and vendor coordination.
- Develop scalable admin processes and SOPs: catalog management and content governance (adding, removing, managing the loading of courses), assignment management, reporting, and end-user and integration troubleshooting.
- Partner with L&D on learning structures, assignment strategies, documentation, and end-user enablement.
- Conduct content reviews and audits. Manage content lifecycle and ensure compatibility with common standards (for example, SCORM and xAPI).
- Test releases, integrations, and enhancements. Own UAT, regression testing, and change management artifacts.
- Create training materials and deliver train-the-trainer and end-user sessions for admins and business stakeholders.
- Monitor data integrity and usage trends. Manage reports and dashboards that show adoption, completions, compliance risk, and learner outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement through workflow automation and process simplification, business consulting, and requirements gathering as needed for system enhancements.
- Maintain clear stakeholder communication, status reporting, and issue tracking.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of directly related experience in HRIS or LMS operations.
Hands on experience with Oracle Learning in Oracle Cloud HCM is required.
Proven consulting and project management capability. You have led or played a key role on a large LMS or HRIS implementation and delivered training.
Advanced Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables.
Experience with HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical skills, comfort in owning data quality, and sound judgment for process design.
Excellent organization, documentation, and records management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
What We Offer:
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
