Boeing's Global Services (BGS) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist - Strategy and Integration to join their team supporting the San Antonio HR organization. Our team is open to a broad range of skillsets including Level 4 and Level 5 Generalists to find the best fit for the position. This role can be based in Plano, TX; Chicago, IL; North Charleston, SC; Jacksonville, FL, Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Tukwila, WA; Oklahoma City, OK; Berkeley, MO, Mesa, AZ; Seal Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; El Segundo, CA or San Antonio, TX. Based on business needs/priorities, San Antonio, TX is the preferred location.
As part of a team leading project management, delivery and cross HR integration, you will utilize data analysis and insight in forming longer term objectives and priority planning and deliver solutions and support in multiple areas. Strategic understanding of the business and attention to detail are paramount to success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong collaborative ability to look across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product; a strategic mindset to drive actions proactively and execute on business needs and excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily executive support to the San Antonio HR Leaders to align, connect, and coordinate business activities
  • Provide recommendations to San Antonio HR Leaders for operational and strategic decisions in the organization
  • Lead, support, and collaborate the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. Annual Compensation Review (ACR), succession planning, executive movement, etc.)
  • Drive rigor into operating rhythm, assess effectiveness, identify risks and provide recommendations
  • Facilitate and plan agendas for weekly staff meetings, integration meetings and other key meetings that support the San Antonio HR team
  • Communicate and collaborate with HR leaders, functional HR, and business teams on deliverables, strategies, and processes to meet business goals
  • Utilize dashboards and metrics to support business needs
  • Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives and goals
  • Provide day-to-day support, coaching and guidance to San Antonio HR team in developing HR solutions to address organizational and talent needs
  • Utilize project management skills to deliver solutions to complex business priorities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
  • 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
  • 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • HR Certification (including but not limited to the PHR or SHRM)
  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Level 4: $110,500 - $172,500
Summary pay range for Level 5: $141,100 - $218,500
