The Senior Machine Learning Engineer at DevAI will lead the design and deployment of AI coding agents powering Rovo Dev . These agents provide intelligent, context-aware assistance directly in developers' terminals. You will build and optimize LLM and retrieval-based systems for code planning, generation, review, and automation, leveraging Atlassian's code intelligence and ecosystem integrations. This role involves owning end-to-end ML pipelines, from data and experimentation to evaluation and safety guardrails, to improve product quality and reliability. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver features that increase developer productivity. A strong passion for AI-assisted development, coding with and for AI, and advancing agentic AI developer tools is essential.
