JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Manager, Account-Based Marketing leads the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of global ABM initiatives that drive growth within Global and Strategic Accounts. The role treats high-value business clients as individual markets, developing personalized marketing strategies aligned with each account's business objectives, growth priorities, and industry challenges.
Working with Global and Strategic Account leadership, account management, sales, marketing, and commercial excellence teams, the Senior Manager identifies target accounts, prioritizes growth opportunities, and establishes scalable programs that strengthen customer engagement, accelerate pipeline, and increase account penetration. The role leads a global team and oversees Demandbase adoption, integrated campaigns, thought leadership, executive engagement, sales enablement, and performance measurement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define and lead the global ABM strategy, operating model, and priorities for Global and Strategic Accounts.
  • Partner with Global and Strategic Account leaders, Marketing, and Commercial leadership to identify target accounts, prioritize growth opportunities, and align global and regional investments.
  • Lead a global team of ABM professionals and establish clear standards for account planning, campaign development, customer engagement, and execution quality.
  • Develop scalable ABM programs, personalized account strategies, thought leadership, executive engagement, events, content experiences, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of Demandbase and the broader CRM, marketing automation, and analytics ecosystem for targeting, activation, sales coordination, and measurement.
  • Establish global KPIs and reporting frameworks for engagement, pipeline influence, opportunity acceleration, account penetration, revenue impact, and return on marketing investment.
  • Manages Nexus event strategy, aligning it to brand and business objectives.
  • Analyze portfolio performance and customer insights to refine strategy, optimize resource allocation, and guide future investments.
  • Create executive-level reporting and recommendations that communicate ABM effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Build organizational capability through talent development, best-practice sharing, governance, processes, and scalable tools.
  • Ensure alignment between global strategy, regional plans, account priorities, and measurable business outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in account-based marketing, strategic marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success creating and leading global or enterprise ABM programs that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue within strategic customer segments.
  • Experience partnering with executive sales organizations, strategic account teams, regional leaders, and marketing leadership.
  • Experience leading managers and individual contributors in a global or matrixed environment.
  • Proven experience using marketing and sales performance data, engagement insights, and analytics to guide strategic decisions and investment.
  • Advanced experience leading adoption and optimization of Demandbase, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

Total Rewards (US): We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $137,100- $182,800 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
