We are seeking a highly experienced Techno-Functional Consultant who will lead Pricing Operations while driving the technology direction and architecture strategy across Google Cloud, Data Science Modeling, Agentic AI, Software Engineering, and Solution Architecture.

This is a hybrid role requiring strong business acumen in pricing and commercial operations, combined with deep technical expertise to design scalable, AI-driven, cloud-native solutions that enable intelligent pricing, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate bridges business and engineering teams, ensuring pricing strategy is operationally efficient, analytically robust, and technologically advanced.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Pricing Operations Leadership

  • Own and optimize end-to-end pricing operations, governance, and execution.
  • Design and implement scalable pricing frameworks (dynamic pricing etc.).
  • Collaborate with Market Teams and other Pricing Strategic Advisors to operationalize pricing strategy.
  • Build and streamline workflows across the engine offerings for margin optimization and pricing intelligence.
  • Ensure pricing compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness.

2. Technology Strategy & Architecture

  • Define and drive technology roadmap aligned with pricing and business strategy.
  • Architect scalable, secure solutions on AWS /GCP.
  • Lead solution architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies (Agentic AI, LLMs, automation frameworks) for business adoption.
  • Guide build vs. buy decisions and vendor evaluations.

3. Data Science & AI Enablement

  • Design and oversee pricing models using statistical modeling and machine learning.
  • Implement predictive and prescriptive analytics for pricing optimization.
  • Lead development of AI-powered tools (e.g., store segmentation, price elasticity modeling, margin and revenue constrained optimization).
  • Drive adoption of Agentic AI systems for autonomous decision support, pricing simulations, and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams on data pipelines, feature stores, model deployment and monitoring

4. Solution Engineering & Delivery

  • Oversee full SDLC: architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Establish best practices in code quality, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development.
  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams and external partners.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of pricing platforms.
  • Implement APIs and microservices architecture to integrate pricing systems with ERP/CRM platforms.

5. Stakeholder & Functional Leadership

  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Liaison and drive technology architecture and strategy working with senior technical client team
  • Translate complex business pricing requirements into technical designs.
  • Present technology and pricing insights to leadership.
  • Mentor junior consultants and analysts.
  • Drive change management and adoption across the organization.

Requirements
  • 8–12 years of experience in techno-functional consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise technology roles.
  • Proven experience in setting up, managing, or transforming pricing operations in B2B or large enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS (S3, EMR, RDS, Airflow) and GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Dataflow).
  • Experience in data science, machine learning lifecycle, and model deployment.
  • Familiarity with Generative / Agentic AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, or AI automation tools.
  • Strong programming and engineering fundamentals in Python, SQL, APIs, and microservices.
  • Experience designing enterprise-level architectures, system integrations, and technology migrations.
  • Good understanding of pricing strategies such as dynamic pricing, promotions, and conjoint analysis, along with retail pricing and revenue management concepts like margin analysis, revenue optimization, and cost modeling.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and programs.

Preferred

  • Background in SaaS or cloud product companies.
  • AWS/GCP or Solution Architecture/Data Engineering certifications.
  • Experience implementing AI-driven decision systems in enterprise environments.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or Business.
