  • Serve as the escalation point for critical supplier delivery, allocation, and supply continuity issues.
  • Provide directions on supplier engagement strategies, supplier performance management, and executive-level supplier escalations.
  • Ensure inventory is appropriately positioned across distributors, hubs, and manufacturing locations.
  • Drive inventory optimization while maintaining continuity of supply.
  • Establish standardized processes for shortage management, allocation decisions, and supply escalations.

Reporting & Business Management

  • Lead executive reporting on component supply health, inventory, supplier performance, shortages, and key business risks.

  • Develop dashboards and operational reviews that improve visibility, prioritization, and decision-making.
  • Communicate supply risks, mitigation plans, and business impacts to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Standardize procurement, planning, and supply management processes across the team.
  • Drive automation, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
