Summary:
We are hiring a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement Content and Messaging to sit at the intersection of product marketing, competitive intelligence, and sales execution. This role is responsible for translating complex product, market, and competitive inputs into clear, concise, seller-ready messaging that drives confidence, consistency, and performance in the field.
This person will drive value through creation and curation of high-quality and high-impact content, activated through live and asynchronous enablement, reinforced through coaching and tools, and used with regularity by sellers.
This role partners closely with Product Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Sales Leadership to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
Sales Messaging and Content Translation
  • Translate product marketing assets, competitive intelligence, and research into short-form, sales-ready materials such as talk tracks, pitch flows, email templates, competitive one-pagers, and elevator pitches.
  • Redesign how content shows up for sellers, prioritizing speed, clarity, and usability over volume.
  • Ensure sales messaging is tailored by persona, use case, and competitive context.

Competitive Intelligence Activation
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Competitive Intelligence owners to evolve how battle cards are created and used.
  • Distill deep competitive analysis into practical guidance that can be absorbed quickly and applied in live conversations.
  • Support a more focused, campaign-driven competitive approach, for example one priority competitor per quarter, with clear positioning and proof points.
  • Enablement and Learning Experiences.
  • Design and deliver live enablement sessions, workshops, and role plays that reinforce new messaging and competitive positioning.
  • Work with Sales Enablement and frontline leaders to ensure messaging is reinforced through coaching, call reviews, and performance feedback.
  • Partner on the use of call insights and AI-enabled role play tools to test, reinforce, and improve message adoption.

Campaign and GTM Alignment
  • Support campaign-based selling by aligning sales messaging with marketing campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent narrative pull-through across sales outreach, presentations, follow-ups, and social selling.
  • Act as a unifying force across multiple teams contributing inputs into sales messaging.

Content Quality and Governance
  • Establish clear standards for sales content, including structure, tone, length, and usage expectations.
  • Partner with Enablement colleagues to ensure content is organized, findable, current, and measurable.
  • Track adoption and effectiveness via Highspot and Gong and continuously refine based on seller behavior and feedback.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, sales content, or GTM roles.
  • Prior experience as a seller or in a sales-adjacent role, with a strong understanding of sales motions and buyer conversations.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas without losing substance.
  • Strong facilitation skills and comfort leading live enablement, workshops, and role plays.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, financial services, capital markets, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Revenue Tech stack including Gong (Enterprise + Engage), Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Highspot is required. Experience in Microsoft Co-Pilot and ZoomInfo strongly preferred.
