  • Define audience targeting, solution focus, creative formats, and channel mix aligned to business goals.
  • Translate GTM priorities into scalable, measurable digital advertising programs.

  • Performance Tracking & Measurement
  • Establish and manage a measurement framework to track ad performance across platforms into a single view, utilizing Monday.com and Salesforce.
  • Monitor key metrics such as impressions, clicks, engagement, conversions, cost efficiency, and measurement against marketing KPIs for target accounts by region.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity across platforms and systems, as well as reporting within Salesforce.

  • Optimization & Continuous Improvement
  • Continuously optimize ads for placement, solution focus, targeting criteria and format based on performance data.
  • Run tests on creative, messaging, audiences, and channels to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify trends and insights to inform future digital ad investments and campaign strategies.

  • Reporting & Insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance and ROI.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and program managers.
  • Present program effectiveness, learnings, and optimization plans to stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with program managers and marketing leadership to align digital advertising with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and vendors to manage contracts, ad rate spend and ensure execution excellence.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for digital advertising operations internally by maintaining up-to-date expertise on industry trends and best practices for digital ad management and strategy execution.

  • Operational Excellence
  • Develop scalable processes and best practices for digital ad operations.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to maximize return on ad spend.
  • Stay current on digital advertising trends, platforms, and measurement innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Required
  •  4+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital advertising operations, with increasing responsibility.
  • Proven experience strategizing and managing multi-channel digital ad programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards to communicate results to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.

  • Preferred
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), analytics tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Experience aligning digital advertising with sales and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Digital ad programs are clearly tied to business objectives and performance metrics.
  • Advertising spend is optimized based on real-time insights and testing.
