  • Lead data governance efforts, establishing and enforcing data quality standards, processes, and protocols to maintain clean, reliable, and trusted information across systems.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership, lawyers, and business services teams to identify reporting and data analytics needs and translate them into scalable, effective solutions.
  • Develop and execute training, onboarding, and user adoption programs to promote broad, effective use of Foundation and business intelligence tools across the firm.
  • Serve as the firm’s primary liaison to Litera Foundation and analytics platform vendors, managing relationships, contracts, and system enhancements.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership on emerging technologies, trends, and opportunities in legal business intelligence and experience management.
  • Lead and mentor direct reports and/or cross-functional project teams as appropriate.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives, providing analytical and operational support as needed.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence, advise, and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Champion for process improvement, change management, and user adoption, with a continuous improvement mindset.
