We offer a flexible working policy that supports a healthy balance between personal and professional well-being. This role requires in-office presence on Tuesdays & Thursdays to collaborate, connect, and learn from peers - while also maintaining the flexibility for meaningful work-life balance.
Being a Senior Manager, GTM Systems at iManage Means…
You own the architecture and evolution of the platforms that power our entire revenue engine. You lead a small team while still driving hands‑on technical work—designing scalable systems, improving data quality, and building the workflows that enable Sales, BDR, SE, and CS to operate with clarity and consistency.
In this role, you will serve as the systems authority who connects strategy to execution. You translate business needs into thoughtful configuration, govern how tools integrate and flow together, and partner across RevOps, Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, Finance, and IT to ensure our GTM motion runs on a stable, insight‑rich foundation. You bring structure, prioritization, and rigor to a stack that’s ready to scale.
Most importantly, being a Senior Manager, GTM Systems here means treating AI as a core accelerator. You explore, pilot, and embed AI‑powered capabilities across the stack—intelligent automation, agentic workflows, predictive insights—and set the guardrails that ensure they’re adopted responsibly. You bring a forward‑looking point of view on where GTM technology is heading and drive iManage getting there first.
iM Responsible For…
- Owning GTM systems strategy, roadmap, and overall platform health.
- Translating business requirements into system design, configuration, automation, and workflow logic.
- Maintaining a prioritized systems roadmap aligned to GTM goals, data integrity, and cross‑platform dependencies.
- Identifying consolidation, integration, automation, and AI‑assisted workflow opportunities across the stack.
- Owning Salesforce architecture, governance, lifecycle definitions, routing logic, CPQ configuration, and approval workflows.
- Governing forecasting, engagement, and intelligence platforms (Clari, Salesloft, Gong, Seismic, Crossbeam, Slack) including hierarchy, mappings, sync logic, and workflow automation.
- Establishing data governance standards, enrichment workflows, hygiene rules, deduplication practices, and operational reporting.
- Setting AI guardrails for privacy, access, output quality, and change management while piloting and scaling AI‑powered features.
- Managing vendor relationships, renewals, license utilization, and platform evaluations (build/buy/integrate).
- Running a structured intake and delivery model with prioritization criteria, SLAs, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Partnering with Sales, BDR, SE, CS, RevOps, Finance, Deal Desk, Marketing Ops, and Enablement to ensure systems support GTM execution.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
- 6+ years of GTM systems, sales operations, or revenue operations experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior individual contributor capacity.
- Deep hands-on Salesforce experience, configuration, automation (Flow), data modeling, and reporting. Salesforce Admin certification and APEX capabilities preferred.
- Direct experience with two or more of: Clari, Salesloft, Gong, Seismic, LeanData, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, or Clay.
- Demonstrable track record of adopting and deploying AI-powered tools or workflows in a GTM or RevOps context, not just familiarity, but hands-on implementation.
- Genuine intellectual curiosity about AI and automation: you follow the space, form opinions, and act on them rather than waiting for top-down direction.
- Strong data orientation, you understand how systems connect, where data breaks down, and how to design for reliability.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements and deliver against them.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members in a technical or operational function.
Bonus Points If I Have...
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS company with a complex, segmented GTM model (direct, channel, partner, or expansion motions).
- Experience partnering with Sales Enablement to drive rep adoption of new tools, workflows, or process changes.
- A deep understanding that technical delivery without behavior change is incomplete.
- Familiarity with Seismic, specifically how content architecture and CRM stage logic can be connected to reinforce the sales process, not just serve as a content library.
- Experience with partner ecosystem tooling (Crossbeam or similar) and how partner overlap data surfaces in a co-sell or channel-assisted GTM motion.
- Experience evaluating or implementing AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, or agentic automation in a GTM or RevOps context.
- Hands-on experience with AI features within Salesforce (Einstein), Gong, Clari, or Salesloft.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar sales methodology and how it surfaces in CRM field design.
- Exposure to Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot) and lead lifecycle design at the systems level.
- Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud hands-on experience.
