We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics at our Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics will serve as a strategic analytics consultant and thought partner to cross-functional business leaders, helping maximize business performance through advanced analytical methods, marketplace expertise, and compelling, insight-driven storytelling. This role will translate complex data, models, and business questions into clear narratives and actionable recommendations that inform brand strategy. The Senior Manager will be directly responsible for delivering insights on the return of Marketing investments, simulating investment scenarios based on changes to Marketing budgets, and guiding brand teams through monthly updates as budgets evolve throughout the year. As part of this process, they will play a leadership role in shaping annual Marketing plans with each brand through data-driven analysis of Marketing ROI, business drivers, and growth opportunities.


This role reports directly to the Director of Analytics and will be an integral member of the brand teams, expected to influence decision-making, elevate analytical thinking, and communicate insights with clarity to business stakeholders and senior leaders.

Analytics Strategy & Insights

  • Lead efforts to identify, synthesize, and deliver high-impact marketing analytics insights for the RCP brand teams as part of a broader Insights and Analytics Team.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to business teams by framing ambiguous business issues, defining learning agendas, identifying knowledge gaps, and shaping analytical approaches that support strategic decisions.
  • Lead the application of analytic insights by addressing critical business issues in the areas of Marketing Mix, Forecasting, and Media targeting and execution.
  • Translate research data, model outputs, and marketplace signals into persuasive stories that clearly communicate what happened, why it happened, and what actions the business should take to drive growth.

Marketing & Business Performance

  • Provide strategic guidance on how to improve ROI across media and marketing investments, including scenario planning, optimization recommendations, and clear communication of trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with Category Management, Insights, Sales, Finance, and Analytics partners to increase KPI measurement adoption and build stronger organizational knowledge around data-driven decision-making.

External Partnerships & Data

  • Manage relationships with key internal and external data suppliers, vendors, and agency partners to ensure effective data collection, measurement design, model interpretation, and application of quantitative information.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

     Required

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business analytics, marketing and/or a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics or Economics.
  • 8+ years of experience in CPG marketing analytics, consulting, or a related analytics discipline, with strong knowledge of quantitative analysis, econometric modeling, and business application of advanced analytics.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Significant experience leading a broad range of analytical methodologies and techniques, including Marketing Mix modeling, Forecasting, Price & Promotion modeling, scenario planning, and driver-based business diagnostics.
  • In-depth knowledge of the analytic process related to Marketing Mix analyses, including partnering with vendors and agencies on data collection, modeling, results interpretation, and translating findings into senior-level recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of CPG Retail Measurement databases (such as Circana and/or Nielsen) and how to facilitate using these data sources in quantitative analysis to develop insights.
  • Robust knowledge of a variety of Marketing tactics such as both linear and digital media, Trade, Shopper Marketing and Consumer Promotions.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply analytical methods to business processes such as media planning, business forecasting, demand planning, price and promotion decisions, new product growth initiatives, and Shopper Marketing, while clearly communicating implications and recommended actions.
  • Strong consulting toolkit, including executive presence, structured problem solving, stakeholder management, hypothesis-driven analysis, and the ability to build clear, compelling stories from complex data.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Posted Salary RangeUSD $127,700.00 - USD $185,150.00 /A Bonus EligibilityRole is eligible for 18% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
