RequirementsPosition Summary

The Senior Manager, Marketing, is responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of key marketing initiatives that support business growth, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness. This role oversees sales enablement resources, B2B campaign execution, brand management, tradeshows and events, social media, creative development, and marketing operations while ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

This position serves as a critical operational leader within the marketing organization, partnering closely with sales, product, operations, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is equally comfortable developing plans, managing resources, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Program Leadership

  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of marketing initiatives that support business and revenue objectives.
  • Develop annual and quarterly plans for assigned marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across marketing, sales, product, operations, legal, and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage project priorities and resource allocation to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Tradeshow & Event Strategy and Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, client events, webinars, and internal events, in partnership with Sales Operations.
  • Manage vendors, logistics, promotional materials, and event-related communications.
  • Partner with sales leadership to maximize event effectiveness and follow-up activities.
  • Evaluate event opportunities and recommend participation strategies based on business objectives.

Sales Enablement & Marketing Resources

  • Oversee the development, production, and distribution of marketing and sales collateral.
  • Ensure sales teams have access to current, effective, and brand-compliant resources.
  • Manage digital asset libraries, ordering portals, and resource repositories.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify content, tools, and materials needed to support business growth.
  • Lead initiatives that improve the accessibility, effectiveness, and utilization of marketing resources across the organization.

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Support the execution of B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, and other channels.
  • Partner with Marketing Director to support the campaign deployment processes, audience segmentation, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaign planning, messaging, and execution strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established processes and compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-powered tools to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Brand, Creative & Social Media Management

  • Manage the creation of marketing assets across digital, print, event, sales enablement, and social media channels, either directly or through internal and external creative resources.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies, content calendars, and publishing schedules to support brand awareness, thought leadership, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand standards, messaging frameworks, and quality expectations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging content opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and inform creative and social media strategies.

Marketing Operations & Budget Management

  • Manage marketing budgets for assigned programs and initiatives.
  • Track expenses, invoices, purchase orders, and vendor contracts.
  • Oversee promotional merchandise, gifting programs, and related fulfillment platforms.
  • Serve as the owner of key marketing operational systems and processes, including project management platforms (Asana), marketing resource portals, and fulfillment tools.
  • Ensure marketing projects, documentation, and operational processes remain organized, scalable, and aligned with team needs.
