Essential Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for DevOps, ServiceNow, and toolkit platforms aligned with enterprise goals
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and innovation across engineering and operations teams
- Serve as a thought leader and advisor to senior leadership on DevOps maturity, platform engineering, and service management best practices
- Oversee the design, implementation, and governance of secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Lead the development and expansion of reusable components, libraries, and toolkits to accelerate solution delivery
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of Azure DevOps (ADO), ensure alignment with agile development and release management practices
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure DevOps performance, velocity, and quality
- Lead a team responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, and automation domains
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define workflows, forms, and automation solutions that improve service delivery and operational efficiency
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions meet enterprise standards for availability, performance, and usability through monitoring and optimization
- Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hire, fire, performance, discipline and problem-resolution decisions
Education & Years of Experience
- Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer, Science or related
- Minimum - 10 Years of DevOps, platform engineering, enterprise tools or related
- Minimum - 5 Years of People Management
In Lieu of Education
- 15 Years of DevOps, platform engineering, enterprise tools including people management
License/Certifications/Training
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist
- Preferred: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Preferred: ITIL
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $133,700.00 to $229,200.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
