As a Sr. Manager of Project Management in Capital One Auto Sales, you will lead the Project Management Office for the Sales Line of Business Command Center. The Command Center serves as the nerve center for designing, managing and improving processes that drive growth and success for our Sales Associates and Dealer partners. You will serve as a strategic leader and subject matter expert, guiding your team of project management professionals to execute high priority initiatives and deliver results that significantly impact our Dealer customers' bottom line.

Plano, TX: $161,500 - $184,300 for Sr Manager, Project Management

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- At least 5 Years of Project Management experience
- At least 2 Year of People Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters / MBA degree
- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- 3+ years of People Management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
