About the role

This role is designed to build strong marketing and innovation fundamentals, including analytical rigor, strategic thinking, consumer insights, cross‑functional collaboration, and overall business acumen. You will play a key role in supporting innovation efforts from ideation through commercialization, while contributing to the development of go‑to‑market plans that drive growth.

In this position, you will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to advance innovation initiatives, leverage data and insights to inform decisions, and support execution across the commercialization process. This role is well suited for someone who is collaborative, analytically strong, and passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (R&D, Consumer Insights, Quality, Legal, Operations, Sales, and Finance) to commercialize innovation initiatives
  • Contribute to defining innovation strategy and filling the pipeline with compelling, consumer‑driven ideas
  • Leverage syndicated data sources to analyze innovation performance, competitive trends, and market dynamics
  • Develop revenue and profit forecasts for new innovations and renovations in close partnership with Finance, Sales, and Operations
  • Support development of go‑to‑market plans, including customer sell‑in stories and execution frameworks
  • Help foster a strong innovation culture by bringing an outside‑in perspective, challenging the status quo, and enabling continuous improvement
  • Support analytical deep dives and performance tracking to inform decision‑making and future prioritization
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree required; marketing emphasis preferred
  • Strong interest in innovation with a demonstrated innovative and curious mindset
  • Excellent organizational and execution skills, with the ability to operate with speed and agility
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in cross‑functional environments
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize data and trends into clear insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
