About Figure

Figure (NASDAQ: FIGR) is transforming capital markets through blockchain. We’re proving that blockchain isn’t just theory - it’s powering real products used by hundreds of thousands of consumers and institutions.

By combining blockchain’s transparency and efficiency with AI-driven automation, we’ve reimagined how loans are originated, funded, and traded in secondary markets. From faster processing times to lower costs and reduced bias, our technology is helping borrowers, investors, and financial institutions achieve better outcomes.

Together with our 170+ partners, we’ve originated over $22 billion in home equity loans (HELOCs) on our blockchain-native platform, making Figure the largest non-bank provider of home equity financing in the U.S. Figure’s ecosystem also includes YLDS, an SEC-registered yield-bearing stablecoin that operates as a tokenized money market fund, and several other products and platforms that are reshaping consumer finance and capital markets.

We’re proud to be recognized as one of Forbes’ Most Innovative Fintech Startups in 2025 and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Finance and Personal Finance.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, driven B2B marketing professional to own our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and cold outbound initiatives. In this role, you will act as the bridge between marketing (content, events), partnerships and sales, driving the pipeline for our key segments: Independent Mortgage Banks / Servicers, Wholesale Brokers, SMBs, Home Improvement, Banks, and Credit Unions.

You are an "outbound hacker" at heart, but one who knows how to build scalable systems, and coordinate with sales . You won't be executing every channel yourself; instead, you will bring the data together, target the accounts, define the messaging, and hand those systems off to our strong channel marketing team to deploy. Above all, you are obsessed with defining and measuring success: Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), meetings booked, and pipeline generated.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage the entire cold email engine. Take a hands-on approach to grading, tiering, and contact-mapping our core target segments. Identify key behavioral trigger points to launch highly impactful, "always-on" automated journeys.
  • Tie everything together. You are ultimately responsible for defining what success looks like and tracking cross-channel performance to prove direct impact on meetings booked, SQLs, and pipeline generated. You will build reports in Salesforce to tell a clear story with data and diagnose CRM sync issues to convey solutions to our tech team.
  • Build the targeting and messaging systems that power our ABM efforts for both cold outbounding and current prospects. Taking cold leads to warm leads to keeping the warm leads engaged throughout a longer sales cycle. Working in tandem with sales to discover key points in the sales prospecting cycle to pull accounts faster to onboarding. You will supply our highly capable channel teams with the exact data and messaging they need to execute direct mail, gifting, and LinkedIn campaigns effectively.
  • While you won't be writing all the content yourself, you will act as the final filter. You should have an opinion on whether messaging will resonate and be able to give direction if the output misses the mark. You will also build streamlined systems for deploying this content to the sales team.
  • Partner closely with our Field Marketing Manager to identify the highest-impact events to reach our target accounts, supplying them with the targeted ABM data and tactics (pre- and post-event) to maximize our physical presence.

What We Look For

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, specifically building Account-Based Marketing, Outbound, or Demand Generation engines.
  • You don’t just "set it and forget it." You love building automated workflows, you are constantly running A/B tests on messaging and targeting, and you use data to relentlessly optimize your approach.
  • Hands-on experience with cold email and data platforms (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo, Clay, Outreach).
  • You are comfortable working inside HubSpot and Salesforce. You don't need to be a backend developer, but you know how the systems talk to each other, how to diagnose sync issues, and how to pull a reliable pipeline report.
  • Experience in fintech or banking is a massive plus.
  • Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.
  • Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
  • Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.

What Success Looks Like

  • In 30 Days: Audit our current target account lists using Apollo and Clay, launch your first always-on cold email sequences, and familiarize yourself with our HubSpot/Salesforce reporting dashboards.
  • In 60 Days: Build the data and messaging hand-off system for our channel managers to launch a coordinated ABM campaign. Establish a strong feedback loop with the sales team to review the quality of SQLs and meetings being booked, and begin running your first structured A/B tests on outbound messaging.
  • In 90 Days: Have a fully functioning outbound engine and event-support motion running. You will be able to clearly point to the SQLs and pipeline generated by your systems and share data-backed optimization plans for the next quarter.

If you love living in data enrichment tools, building multi-channel systems, obsessing over A/B testing, and have a sharp eye for what makes B2B messaging convert, this role is for you.

Salary

  • Base Compensation Range: $118,800 - $178,200/yr
  • 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
