You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to leverage our robust marketing technology stack—including Salesforce, 6sense, Adobe, iCapture, and more—to enable smarter segmentation, lead management, and revenue attribution. If you thrive at the intersection of data, technology, and growth marketing, this is a unique opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities within platforms like Salesforce Einstein, Adobe Sensei, and 6sense to improve lead scoring, content personalization, and audience targeting.
  • Drive intelligent automation strategies that reduce manual effort and enhance speed to market.
  • Own and maintain the marketing database, ensuring clean, actionable data to power campaign execution and reporting.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and IT partners to align digital infrastructure and AI-driven solutions with strategic growth objectives.
  • Explore and pilot emerging AI tools (e.g., generative content assistants, predictive analytics, chatbot integrations) to elevate campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement through process optimization and technology innovation.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing and demand generation, preferably in manufacturing or aftermarket services, with a strong track record of driving measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of lead management processes (nurturing, scoring, progression, routing) and sales enablement workflows.
  • Experience designing and managing complex, multi-channel campaigns with strong emphasis on data-driven optimization.
  • Proficiency with marketing performance analysis, attribution modeling, and operational reporting.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Expertise in Salesforce, 6sense (or similar), Adobe, and iCapture.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Adobe Sensei, Drift, ChatGPT, or similar).
  • Experience applying AI/ML techniques in marketing use cases like dynamic content personalization, predictive segmentation, or revenue forecasting.
  • Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) best practices and marketing technology orchestration strategies.
