  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-service events, from brief through to execution

  • Build and manage RFPs, including advanced supplier sourcing and contract negotiation

  • Optimise commercial outcomes through margin management, commission structures, and upsell opportunities

  • Drive repeat business and long-term customer value through strong relationship management

  • Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk requests within the region

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams to support strategic opportunities

  • Proactively identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery across multiple stakeholders

  • Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility

  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and ways of working

What We’re Looking For

Must Have:

  • 5–10+ years’ experience in MICE, group travel, events, or related sales roles

  • Strong experience managing complex events and group logistics (agency background preferred)

  • Proven track record working with Enterprise customers and high-value opportunities

  • Advanced negotiation skills with suppliers, with a clear focus on commercial outcomes

  • Experience working towards quarterly revenue targets, including upsell and repeat business metrics

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams

  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

  • High proficiency with booking tools and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

Nice to Have:

  • Event certifications (e.g. CMP, CMM)

  • Experience with MICE tools such as Cvent

  • Strong global knowledge of venues, suppliers, and destinations

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong commercial mindset, balancing customer experience with revenue and margin optimisation

  • Confidence handling complex, multi-layered requests and high-pressure situations

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate challenges

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects

  • A collaborative approach, supporting team members and contributing to shared success

  • Thrive in the chaos of a scale up - lean in to change, and have a ‘get-it-done’ attitude

Leadership & Influence

  • Mentor and support junior team members

  • Act as a go-to expert within the team for complex deals and escalations

  • Contribute to regional initiatives and continuous improvement projects

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to enhance delivery and commercial outcomes

What we offer:

  • Rest and recharge with our generous allocation of 20 vacation days and 12 public holidays

  • Broaden your horizons with up to 20 "Work from Anywhere" days per year
