Senior Software Engineer
PURPOSE:
This position’s primary responsibility is to perform, tune, develop, modify, or update applications in support or objectives and ongoing operations. This role participates in the developer role in development teams’ efforts to determine unit needs and business processes that are automated by the application. Participate in or review all the steps in the software development life cycle to create and modify the software.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete application coding assignments that meet provided technical specifications and end-user requirements
- Participate in the design process that generates application functional and technical specifications
- Document application design specifications and implementation procedures to improve application quality and reuse of code
- Assist in the creation of unit, function, and performance test scripts to improve application quality and ensure fulfillment of requirement
- Plan and execute testing and implementation of major systems
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
MINIMUM SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-15 years .Net development experience
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience in application coding and in creating computer applications and/or databases
- Experience with ASP.Net, XML, SQL Server, HTML, C#, CSS, WCF
- Experience with programming; application of job software programs; troubleshooting and resolving database software problems
- Experience with software development, life cycle, and implementation methodologies
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- A passion for technology, problem-solving, and customer service
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
