Position Summary

The Senior Accounts Payable Manager leads Global Accounts Payable across entities — Wholesale (Brokerage & Binding), RSUM, and RSUM International — with end-to-end accountability for carrier payments, bordereaux reporting, and managed claims. The role owns the strategy, controls, talent, and vendor relationship for carrier payables at scale, ensuring fiduciary funds are safeguarded and disbursed only to their legal owners.
Leading through managers and supervisors across multiple geographies and a managed-service (BPO) workforce, the Senior Manager sets direction, strengthens the control environment, and drives the transformation and automation agenda for AP. The role partners with executive leadership, corporate, front-office, and back-office business units and uses analytics and AI to scale performance and resilience.
