Transcarent is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Care Steerage product portfolio and drive measurable impact across member and Care Team experiences. In this role, you'll own the strategic vision and execution for solutions that guide members to high-quality, cost-effective care while delivering demonstrable value to our clients and their populations.

As a key member of our product organization, you'll define the roadmap for care steerage capabilities, manage the complete product lifecycle, and partner closely with engineering, design, clinical operations, and go-to-market teams. Your work will directly influence how we help members navigate their healthcare journey and how we prove ROI to our employer and health plan partners.
 
What You'll Do
 
Strategic Product Leadership
  • Own and communicate the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Care Steerage solutions, balancing member experience with business growth objectives
  • Drive product development from concept through launch and optimization, ensuring on-time delivery of high-impact features
  • Partner with engineering, design, and clinical teams using agile methodologies to deliver member-centric solutions
  • Engage executive stakeholders, employer clients, and internal teams to align product strategy with market opportunities and customer needs
Day-to-Day Execution
  • Lead daily standups and sprint planning with cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and resolve blockers
  • Triage and prioritize incoming requests, balancing planned roadmap work with urgent business needs
  • Manage relationships with external technology vendors and integration partners
  • Serve as subject matter expert for sales and customer success teams during client conversations and implementations
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and design
Data-Driven Optimization
  • Define success metrics and KPIs that measure both member engagement and clinical/financial outcomes
  • Analyze utilization patterns, user behavior, and business performance data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop executive-level reports and presentations that communicate product impact and strategic recommendations
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and feature prioritization
What You Bring
 
Required Experience & Skills
  • 4-6+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology, digital health, or B2B2C platforms
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling products that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience defining metrics frameworks and translating data into actionable insights
  • Natural collaborator who builds trust across engineering, design, clinical, operations, and commercial teams
  • Sharp instinct for identifying self-service opportunities that improve member experience while reducing operational costs
Bonus Points
  • Experience with care navigation, provider search, network optimization, or steerage solutions
  • Understanding of healthcare benefits, claims data, quality measures, or cost transparency
  • Background working with complex, multi-sided platforms serving both consumers and enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.)
As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:
$140,000$160,000 USD

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.
