Our platform is built on modern cloud technologies including C#, .NET, Azure, Cosmos DB, Spark, and designed to efficiently support modern data volumes and ingest terabytes of data per day.The Product Management team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Data Intelligence Foundation team, focused on the Unstructured Storage Platform that underpins RelativityOne. This role is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the unstructured storage capabilities that form the governed data Foundation of our AI platform - reliably powering and scaling the agents, tools, and experiences that deliver Legal Data Intelligence.
You will define product direction, establish clear product health and success indicators, and partner closely with engineering and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver resilient, cost‑efficient, and scalable storage solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technically complex environments and enjoys solving platform‑level problems that directly impact customer outcomes.

Job Description and Requirements
Role Responsibilities:
Customer Centric
Connect with internal and external customers to deeply understand their workflows and needs, and craft product strategies that target specific customer outcomes.
Collaborate with engineering to design effective solutions to common customer workflows and pain points across various segments and personas.
Make data-driven recommendations that keep the roadmap aligned with industry standards and customer expectations.
Product Leadership
Own the product roadmap and backlog for Unstructured Storage
Partner with Product Leads to shape the strategy and goals for their products.
Define, track, and report on key product metrics that are relevant to your domain and expected outcomes.
Facilitate cross-functional communication to align stakeholders on priorities and outcomes across infrastructure domains.
Technical Leadership
Work closely with your Engineering counterparts to ensure that the team delivers a product that meets our scalability, reliability, usability, observability, efficiency and performance standards.
Bring a strong grasp of cloud platform architecture to communicate credibly with engineers and make informed product decisions.
Diagnose the technical challenges and root causes of incidents the team faces, and drive effective solutions.
Engage in deep technical discussions with Engineering Managers and Technical Architects to understand the implications that future work could have on your product and customers.
Product Implementation
Break down complex projects into iterative releases, ensuring measurable milestones for improved system performance and scalability.
Anticipate and address dependencies across teams to solve challenges collaboratively.
Develop customer-facing documentation and release notes specifically related to platform updates and improvements.
Work with internal stakeholders to align go-to-market strategies for new infrastructure capabilities, ensuring a seamless rollout to customers.
Minimum qualifications:
7+ years of experience in product management building and delivering enterprise software
1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports
Demonstrated strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
Detail‑oriented while maintaining focus on strategic objectives and long‑term outcomes
Excellent communicator and presenter, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or comparable practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building and scaling products in large‑scale SaaS or enterprise software environments, ideally supporting complex or mission‑critical use cases
Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent hands‑on experience working closely with technical platforms and systems
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies, including distributed systems and their operational challenges
Experience working at the intersection of product and engineering with a proven ability to thrive in highly cross‑functional environments
Excitement for solving complex infrastructure and data management problems in a highdemand AI platform environment
Proven ability to analyze product and platform metrics to monitor system health, forecast scaling needs, and optimize cost efficiency
Experience delivering features and platform capabilities from ideation through implementation, aligning customer needs with business and technical constraints
Ability to clearly articulate infrastructure‑ and platform‑focused strategies to both technical and non‑technical audiences

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$140,000 and $210,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
