At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most.

About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager on Affirm’s Credit & Pricing team, you’ll build products that help merchants turn flexible payments into measurable business growth. You’ll own the strategy for merchant pricing products and the platform capabilities behind them, helping businesses offer compelling financing, improve conversion, and generate incremental sales, while balancing merchant payment acceptance costs with sustainable economics for Affirm.

This role combines B2B product leadership with consumer product intuition. You’ll work directly with commercial teams and merchants to understand their growth objectives and economics, translate complex pricing capabilities into intuitive products, and bring new solutions to market. You’ll also partner across teams to connect pricing with how consumers discover and choose financing, while shaping future opportunities across targeted offers, incentives, and advertising.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the product direction. Own the roadmap for merchant pricing products and platform capabilities, prioritizing merchant needs, consumer value, and business impact.
  • Build products merchants adopt. Turn merchant insights into intuitive financing solutions. Partner with Commercial and Product Marketing to define the value proposition, launch products, and grow adoption.
  • Connect pricing to consumer experiences. Make financing offers clear and compelling across the shopping journey, and evolve capabilities to support personalized offers, incentives, advertising, and market expansion.
  • Lead complex product decisions. Align partners on tradeoffs across consumer experience, risk and Affirm’s business goals. Bring clear recommendations to senior leaders and drive decisions through execution.
  • Own measurable results. Lead discovery, experimentation, and iteration to improve merchant adoption, incremental sales, conversion, and profitability.

What We Look For

  • Merchant product experience. 5+ years in product management, including building and scaling B2B merchant products in payments, commerce, marketplaces, or related platforms.
  • Commercial judgment. You understand payment acceptance costs, conversion, incrementality, and merchant ROI, and translate those economics into product decisions.
  • Consumer product intuition. You turn complex capabilities into intuitive experiences that build consumer understanding and trust.
  • Strong storytelling. You communicate product value, present compelling business cases, and influence merchants, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical rigor. You combine research, data, and experimentation to measure incremental impact and evaluate growth and unit economics.
  • Technical fluency and ownership. You partner effectively with engineers, bring structure to ambiguity, and drive products from strategy through launch and adoption.

Experience with pricing, financing, loyalty, incentives, or advertising is a plus.
