Job Description Summary:
About the Role
Finance teams play a critical role in how the business plans, operates, and measures performance. The products that support this work influence how teams forecast demand, evaluate investments, understand results, and guide operational and commercial decisions across the organization.
Today, many financial planning, reporting, and performance workflows depend on complex legacy systems and manual processes that must deliver accurate, trusted data at scale but are often hard to use and slow to evolve. This role focuses on thoughtfully modernizing these systems into reliable, intuitive product experiences while preserving the accuracy and trust the business depends on.
We are building modern product experiences that bring together data, workflows, and decision-making in more connected and intuitive ways. Rather than simply digitizing existing processes, our focus is on creating products that help teams move more effectively from insight to action. You will work closely with finance, commercial, operations, engineering, design, and data partners to understand complex workflows and translate them into scalable, high-impact products.
This role is part of a broader shift toward empowered product teams that own problems end-to-end and continuously improve the products and experiences they support.
The Problems You’ll Work On

How do we help teams identify performance drivers and make decisions faster?
What tools and workflows best support operational and commercial trade-off decisions?
How can financial insights be embedded more naturally into day-to-day business workflows?
How do we simplify complexity while supporting the scale and rigor required in a global organization?
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve a complex, business-critical financial system, balancing reliability, performance, and long-term modernization
Evaluate and reshape existing product backlogs to prioritize the outcomes that most improve data accuracy, timeliness, and decision-making effectiveness
Improve system trust and reliability, ensuring data is accurate, auditable, and available when teams need it
Reduce manual processes and fragmentation, simplifying workflows and embedding financial insights directly into how teams operate
Define a clear transformation path from legacy systems to modern, scalable, and user-centered product experience.
Key Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise, workflow, platform, or data-rich product environments
Experience leading complex product areas with measurable operational or business impact
Strong product judgment and ability to simplify complex systems and workflows
Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, and data teams in iterative product development
Demonstrated ability to define product direction, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable outcomes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with or modernizing legacy enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, financial systems, SAP environments)
Experience in environments where data accuracy, consistency, and reliability are critical to business operations
Familiarity with product discovery, user research, experimentation, and modern product operating models
Experience working in empowered product teams focused on customer and business outcomes

Bachelor’s degree required.
