Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features
  • Craft comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs)
  • Drive cross-functional execution and share insights throughout the company
  • Guide and inspire a team of designers and engineers to ship and maintain products
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous product improvement
  • Oversee the launch of new products from start to finish
  • Collaborate closely with the growth team to ensure marketing channels are optimized for success
  • Conduct regular user interviews to gather insights and maintain strong relationships
  • Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform the product roadmap
  • Translate user needs into actionable product features and improvements
  • Utilize analytics tools to track product performance and user behavior

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or DeFi
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in fast-paced environments
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience in both written and verbal forms
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
