Who we are

At Fluxon, we believe that how you build matters as much as what you build. We help businesses navigate their most important technology decisions with confidence, and take responsibility for seeing them through. Founded by ex-Googlers and startup veterans, we’re proud to partner with teams behind some of the most ambitious products, including Open AI, Anthropic, Stripe, Walmart and Google.
Our work spans strategy, design, and engineering — often in complex, AI-driven environments — where clarity, speed and quality are the standard. We use AI intentionally, applying it only where it adds real value and expands what’s possible. Care shapes everything we do.
Inside Fluxon, you’ll find a global, remote-first team of experienced builders, who are curious, kind and serious about their craft. We’re building a place where people can take ownership, solve problems that matter and do work they’re proud to stand behind. If you want to do your best work alongside people who care as much as you do, you’ll feel at home here.

Many of our team members call the Bay Area home, but this role is fully remote across North America.

About the role

You'll act as both a product leader and strategic advisor, partnering closely with clients to shape product direction, navigate complex decisions, manage delivery, and build long-term relationships. As the primary point of contact for your engagements, you'll balance customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and commercial considerations to deliver exceptional outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who craves having real impact and ownership. While specific responsibilities may differ from project to project, you will:

  • Develop expertise in a variety of customer domains such as AI, healthcare, SaaS, eCommerce, and many others
  • Build deep partnerships with startups and tech leaders alike to understand their product, users, and help drive key strategic decisions
  • Establish a clear product vision and connect the dots across functions and organizations
  • Communicate roadmaps, decisions, and learnings across a wide range of audiences from development teams to executives
  • Lead full product and feature development cycles from discovery to delivery
  • Guide clients through complex product decisions by balancing user needs, business objectives, timelines, budgets, and a solid understanding of technical architecture and constraints
  • Comfortable engaging with technical concepts and tradeoffs (APIs, data models, system architecture, engineering constraints) well enough to earn credibility with engineering teams and make informed product decisions
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Proven ability to thrive within ambiguity by applying a mix of research, analytics, intuition, and empathy to tackle problems
  • Experience taking multiple products/feature sets through the entire development life cycle, from ideation to launch
  • Clear and structured communicator, can turn big ideas into actionable roadmaps with clear goals and align multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Excited about solving complex problems, building innovative products, and learning alongside a world-class team
  • Demonstrated success managing (executive) client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor throughout complex product engagements.
What we offer

Our salary range for this role is $160,000- $200,000 USD per year. We determine individual offers based on your skills and experience, what similar roles pay at comparable companies, and cost-of-living differences by location.

  • Remote work with flexible hours and a budget to set up your work space
  • Localized healthcare coverage designed to support you and your family’s well-being
  • Flexible paid time off with a 3-week minimum (not including holidays) to support your well-being
  • Company-wide "no internal meetings" Fridays to help you focus on deep, uninterrupted work
  • Professional growth budget for any form of self-improvement: specialized technical training, conferences, certifications or even foreign language courses
  • Monthly health & wellness allowance to spend on whatever keeps you physically and mentally at your best
  • Annual offsites where we gather in person to build meaningful connections with your fellow Fluxonians
  • Profit-sharing program for you to benefit directly from our collective growth and success
  • Paid sabbatical program to reset, recharge, and gain a fresh perspective
  • A competitive salary that reflects your expertise and experience

We believe diverse teams perform better, and an inclusive environment is essential to building a successful organization. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing accommodations throughout the hiring process.

This role may use AI-assisted tools to support initial screening. All assessments and decisions are made by a human reviewer.
