Position Summary:
EasyPost is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead our Carrier Platform portfolio and drive the next phase of growth across our carrier ecosystem. This role owns the product strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of one of EasyPost's most critical business domains, responsible for sustaining and accelerating a non-USPS carrier business currently exceeding $12M in annual revenue, with significant growth potential over the next several years.
As the product leader for carrier integrations and partnerships spanning USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, Veho, and a growing network of regional and global carriers, you will define the vision and strategy that strengthens EasyPost's position as the leading multi-carrier shipping platform. You will identify opportunities to deepen carrier relationships, unlock new revenue streams, improve customer adoption of carrier services, and deliver differentiated shipping capabilities across our API and platform offerings.
This role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, engineering, and go-to-market execution. Success requires strong product judgment, technical fluency, customer empathy, and the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will be responsible for translating market opportunities and customer needs into scalable platform investments that drive measurable business outcomes across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitieso Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EasyPost's carrier ecosystem. Balance customer needs, partner priorities, technical investments, and business objectives to create sustainable competitive advantage and long-term growth.
o Identify and execute high-impact initiatives that increase carrier adoption, diversify shipping volume, and generate incremental revenue. Evaluate emerging carrier opportunities and scale strategic partnerships into meaningful contributors to the EasyPost business.
o Serve as the primary product counterpart for major carrier relationships, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, Veho, and regional providers. Build trusted partnerships, align on shared objectives, and ensure product investments create value for both EasyPost and carrier partners.
o Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to uncover unmet needs and emerging opportunities. Transform insights into product solutions that improve customer outcomes, expand platform capabilities, and create new monetization opportunities.
o Partner closely with Engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver carrier integrations, APIs, platform enhancements, and operational capabilities that improve reliability, flexibility, and customer experience. Ensure investments align with measurable business outcomes and long-term platform strategy.
o Lead alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Growth, Analytics, Customer Success, and Support teams. Ensure product initiatives are supported by effective positioning, go-to-market plans, enablement, and customer adoption strategies.
o Partner with Product Leadership, Finance, and Commercial teams to evaluate pricing opportunities, packaging strategies, and carrier-driven enhancements that increase customer value and maximize revenue across the EasyPost platform.
o Define and manage key performance indicators across carrier partnerships, product adoption, revenue growth, and customer success. Use data-driven insights to evaluate performance, prioritize investments, and continuously improve outcomes.
Minimum Qualificationso Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
o 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Platform Products, Partnerships, or related disciplines.
o Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through product strategy, platform investments, or strategic partnerships.
o Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and external stakeholders.
o Strong understanding of logistics, shipping, eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, APIs, or network-based business models.
o Experience working with external partners and managing enterprise-level stakeholder relationships.
o Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and market opportunities into product strategy, roadmaps, and successful launches.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data to drive prioritization and decision-making.
o Excellent communication, influence, and executive stakeholder management skills.
o Experience operating effectively in high-growth, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
Preferred Qualificationso Experience working directly with parcel carriers, logistics providers, transportation networks, or fulfillment platforms.
o Experience managing API-based, developer-focused, or platform products.
o Familiarity with pricing, monetization, or marketplace growth strategies.
o Experience leading strategic partnerships that resulted in meaningful revenue growth or market expansion.
