As Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Law Firm Segment, you will turn market, buyer, competitive, sales and performance evidence into actionable recommendations that help Relativity make stronger go-to-market decisions.You will support commercial GTM work-streams for law firm priorities, bringing together market intelligence, competitive insight, buyer understanding, launch readiness and field enablement.
This role sits at the intersection of customers, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing. You will help the organization understand the law firm market, identify commercial barriers and opportunities, and translate approved
priorities into focused GTM plans that support acquisition, adoption and expansion. You will lead through influence, working across teams to improve readiness and execution while respecting clear ownership boundaries across
central Product Marketing, Growth, Sales Enablement, Customer Success and other execution partners

Market, Buyer and Commercial Intelligence
- Build decision-quality market intelligence: develop an evidence-based understanding of law firm market dynamics, subsegments, buyer behavior, buying situations, alternatives, competitors and commercial barriers; identify implications and recommendations for the team.
- Establish repeatable competitive and win/loss intelligence: synthesize competitive activity, field objections, win/loss patterns and market developments; translate findings into recommendations for positioning, Product, Sales and GTM plans.
- Monitor relevant market, customer and industry signals and convert findings into concise, decision-ready points of view for cross-functional stakeholders.
Commercial Go-to-Market Planning
- Develop GTM plans for assigned commercial priorities: define target audiences, customer problems, use cases, value propositions, buyer journeys, field requirements, cross-functional actions and success measures; lead planning and readiness.
- Translate approved Law Firm Segment priorities into clear briefs, work-streams and recommendations that execution partners can activate.
- Coordinate across Product Marketing, Product, Growth, International, Sales, Customer Success, Legal Consulting and other partners to ensure assigned GTM work-streams are aligned and ready for market.
Law Firm Launch Readiness
- Translate central product launch strategy into law-firm-specific market requirements, use cases, buyer implications, field requirements and readiness recommendations.
- Partner with core Product Marketing while maintaining the boundary that central Product Marketing owns product-level positioning and launch strategy.
- Identify segment-specific gaps in positioning, proof, enablement, customer experience or cross-functional readiness and recommend actions to address them.
Sales Enablement and Field Effectiveness
- Develop segment sales plays, buyer insights, competitive guidance, use-case guidance and commercial enablement for law firm sellers and customer-facing teams.
- Partner with Sales Enablement on delivery and reinforcement and evaluate the usefulness and adoption of enablement.
- Synthesize field feedback and objections to improve GTM plans, competitive positioning, and future enablement
Acquisition, Adoption and Expansion Insights
- Analyze market, sales, customer and usage signals to identify barriers and opportunities across acquisition, adoption and expansion.
- Recommend interventions to Law Firm Segment Marketing leadership and relevant execution teams. Customer Success, Legal Consulting, Growth and lifecycle teams retain execution ownership.
- Connect customer and commercial evidence to recommendations for future GTM priorities, experiences and programs.
Performance Analysis and Recommendations
- Interpret commercial, GTM, competitive and adoption data to identify what the team should continue, change, stop or investigate.
- Work with Marketing Operations and other data owners to use available reporting while respecting their ownership of infrastructure, methodology, attribution and data integrity.
- Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional and leadership audiences, distinguishing evidence, implications and recommended action.
What Success Looks Like
- Market and competitive insights are timely, decision-ready and used to improve GTM choices.
- Assigned commercial GTM work-streams have clear audiences, problems, value propositions, cross-functional actions and success measures.
- Law firm launches reflect segment-specific market requirements and customer realities.
- Sales and customer-facing teams use the resulting buyer, use-case and competitive guidance.
- Performance analysis leads to clear recommendations and measurable improvements in readiness and execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, segment marketing, market intelligence, GTM strategy or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated ability to turn customer, competitive and market insight into differentiated positioning, GTM plans, launches and usable sales enablement.
- Strong primary and secondary research, synthesis and analytical skills.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to connect market evidence to practical business recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex findings for leadership and field audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, create clarity in ambiguous situations and independently drive assigned work-streams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in legal technology, law firms, or another enterprise market.
- Experience marketing AI products where customer trust, workflow change and adoption depth are important.
- Experience conducting competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, buyer research or segmentation work.
- Experience partnering closely with enterprise Sales, Product, Customer Success and Demand Generation teams.
- JD or equivalent legal training is valuable but not required.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$130,000 and $196,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
