Your Role at Reputation:

We are seeking an articulate, creative and high energy Senior ​Product Marketing Manager ​to develop and execute go-to-market plans for our Reputation Management platform. This position reports to the VP  of Product Marketing​ & Enablement with responsibilities that include the development and execution of product launches, sales enablement, product collateral, and competitive analysis.

The ideal candidate is high energy, vocal, well written and is known for being the "​glue"​ in cross-functional team situations. We are expecting the candidate to whip up a new pitch deck, write a blog or work on an RFP response without breaking a sweat. 
 

How You’ll Shape the Experience

  • Optimize and execute launches; particular expertise with high-velocity/high volumes of product updates.

  • Develop product collateral that sellers actually use – decks, how to guides, leave-behinds, release notes, FAQs, thought leadership, etc – that make our value and differentiation concrete. 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to allow the sales, marketing, and customer success organizations to articulate Reputation's platform features and advantages to their customers.

  • Perform on-going market research and articulate competitive differentiators to internal teams and customers.

  • Work with Product Management to tie product innovation to customer value; establish a continuous feedback loop (encompassing market trends, customer needs, and competitive factors) to influence the product road map toward market opportunities.

  • Additional duties as assigned. 

The Skills That Set You Apart:

  • 5+ years of related product or solutions marketing experience.

  • Ability to turn a rich and fast-evolving combination of product features and customer stories into compelling, differentiated, and powerful product messages.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly effective presentation skills (examples of past work will be required).

  • Experience conducting and analyzing market and competitive research.

  • Experience influencing and communicating product offers to customers, prospects and sales teams.

  • Intuitive understanding of complex software products.

  • BA degree required: Master's degree strongly preferred.
