Lead multiple enterprise IT projects involving AI, Microsoft 365, cloud services, messaging modernization, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource and vendor management, risk mitigation, requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, executive reporting, solution delivery, UAT support, governance, change management, and continuous improvement. The role requires alignment with enterprise architecture, policies, standards, and business objectives.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager (IT) to support an enterprise-level messaging modernization initiative within a Cloud Platform Services environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, documentation, and delivery of multiple Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft 365, Cloud, and IT infrastructure-related projects, from the analysis phase through implementation.
The Project Manager will work closely with business and IT leadership, project sponsors, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully and aligned with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Lead and coordinate the completion of complex IT projects.
- Develop project charters, business plans, project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Define project objectives, scope, assumptions, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects, project resources, vendors, and project governance.
- Identify, analyze, monitor, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Manage the design and delivery of IT solutions.
- Prepare project status reports and executive-level presentations.
- Work closely with project sponsors, PMO, business leadership, and IT leadership.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.
- Track and resolve project issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Provide project leadership and guidance to project resources.
- Support change management and communication activities.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and frameworks.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, policies, standards, and business objectives.
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- PMP certification
- 10+ years of experience developing project schedules.
- 10+ years of experience identifying, analyzing, and managing risks on large, complex projects.
- 5+ years of experience implementing cloud-based projects and services.
- 12 years combined education/PMP experience.
- Experience developing and delivering large-scale IT solutions.
- Experience working with organizational policies, processes, and procedures.
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing large-scale projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience applying security controls to project solutions and designs.
- Experience with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning.
- Experience implementing AI projects.
- Experience with process improvement, documentation, and requirements gathering.
- Experience working in or supporting the public sector.
