Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager-Legal leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting healthcare regulatory, compliance, and legal programs. This role partners closely with Legal, Quality, Compliance, and business stakeholders to implement scalable processes and manage regulatory-driven change.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare regulatory initiatives, including project scoping, planning, execution, and ongoing governance.

  • Partner with internal Regulatory Counsel to identify gaps, dependencies, and required controls across initiatives. Translate evolving requirements into actionable project plans and operational solutions.

  • Manage cross-functional teams and a diverse project portfolio. Drive alignment and timely execution across stakeholders on timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

  • Identify and implement scalable solutions to track and report metrics, milestones, and project key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and regulatory requirements across the organization.

  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to varying levels of leadership.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Certification / Licensure

  • N/A

Work Experience

  • 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably within legal, compliance, or healthcare environments

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Exceptional organization and communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders

  • Working proficiency leveraging collaborative work management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Wrike, Asana, etc.)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

Certification / Licensure

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$92,000.00 - $138,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
