Summary:
In this role, you will lead and manage complex spend management implementation initiatives for clients across healthcare and non-healthcare organizations within the non-acute market. You will partner with clients and account executives to drive adoption of indirect spend and purchased services contract solutions, support cost-savings opportunities, and maximize administrative fee generation. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout project engagements, collaborating with clients, suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation outcomes and long-term utilization of the Vizient contract portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Lead multiple complex indirect spend and purchased services implementation and onboarding projects for non-acute clients.
Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project completion.
Serve as the subject matter expert for indirect spend contract connections and implementation requirements.
Guide clients through required documentation, data collection, and engagement activities to support implementation success.
Track revenue pull-through following implementation and analyze utilization trends to support client outcomes.
Utilize project management and reporting tools, including OLM, Contract Price Activation, Tableau, and related technologies.
Build collaborative relationships with clients, distributors, suppliers, account executives, and internal teams.
Deliver project pipeline updates, implementation status reports, and risk assessments to leadership and key stakeholders.
Participate in supplier business reviews and provide insights regarding contract utilization, standardization opportunities, and implementation challenges.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance implementation efficiency, client satisfaction, and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams preferred.
Knowledge of indirect spend, purchased services, contract implementation, or supply chain operations preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency with project management tools, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
