Duration: 12 Months
Must have Life Insurance Background – preferably worksite insurance
Must have done Data Migration projects – ideally migration of policies/claims in a PAS (Policy Administration System)
Directly Responsible /Accountable for the important PAS Data Migration scope – owns the DM strategy, schedule, costs, effort
Strong Program Management skills – lead, negotiate with various teams. PAS external Vendor, QA Team, Business Teams while being on top of the project to ensure timelines & risks are met within budget.
Strong in Project Management skills - handling challenging project issues, conducting multi-stakeholder meetings/decisions, to ensure project goals are met.
