ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Quality Analyst responsible for designing, developing, and executing tests to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. This role requires expertise in manual testing, Api testing, and troubleshooting, along with a strong ability to analyze user needs and lead test planning efforts. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and leadership capabilities.

 
Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand system and subsystem requirements to develop effective tests.
• Develop, improve, and expand the existing testing platform.
• Prioritize tests and initiatives that will provide the biggest impact.
• Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring, and Testing Techniques
• Integrate project testing with continuous integration process.
• Work with fellow team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions.
• Contribute to all phases of software testing such as test planning, test case development, setting up the automation test, execution and test cycle closure
• Stay updated on the latest quality assurance tools and industry best practices.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support the organization's quality programs.
• Develop and executes maintainable automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases.
   

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant development or QA experience
• Experience in API testing using Postman /Swagger
• Experience in Cross Browser compatibility testing
• Experience in Test management tools such as JIRA, Tricentis or similar testing tools.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Basic Automation skills is a plus.
• Willingness to grow and share his/her knowledge with others on the team.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
